Co-Founder
He achieved a Doctor of Philosophy in Facilities Management with a Master of Asset and Facilities Management, His expertise in Strategic Asset, Facilities and Property Management; Capability Matrix Development and Assessment.
He has over 30 years of experience in construction, asset, facilities, and property management.
His certifications include Accredited Trainer (HRD Corp), Registered Property Manager (BOVAEP), Certified Facility Management Manager (CIDB), Certified Professional Trainer (CPT-MIM), Certified Professional Coach (CPC-MIM), Certified Facilitator (FINEEC-Finland), and Registered Assessor, Examiner and Trainer for CIDB's facility management certification program. He teaches and advises UTMSPACE KL's final-year Professional Master's in Facilities Management students .
From 2023 to 2025, he is Malaysia Association of Facility Management (MAFM) Assistant Secretary and a member of MIPFM, MIM, and MAFa.
